Thirty studios and ten one-bedroom suites, from 420 to 610 square feet, each with a queen bed, a sofa and a table that seats four. Bring a suitcase and groceries; the can opener and the ironing board are already here.

Most guests are in Mobile for work that runs a few weeks: nurses on contract, crews at the port, families waiting on a closing date. Mail and packages come to the front desk with your name on them.
