7 a.m. meet-up, back by 9:30, every Saturday
Every Saturday from May to October we meet at the studio door at 7 a.m., drive to a foothills trailhead, and walk a 3-mile loop at conversation pace — ending with 20 minutes of stretching on the grass and a smoothie back at the bar. Bring layers and water.
Upcoming workshop
2026.10.04 Sunday
Two hours on the lawn behind the studio: 45 minutes of breathwork, a standing balance flow, and a slow cool-down. Capped at 24 mats. Every level welcome.
