What changes on the creek and at the table from month to month.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Rooms start at 340 square feet, and the 24 creek-view suites have screened porches. Book direct with the front desk and parking by the dock is included.

Have a question about your stay? These are the six our front desk hears most, from booking and pets to tides and weddings.
Call the front desk at (912) 555-0142 or email stay@saltmarsh-cove-resort.example with your dates. We hold a room with a card and charge one night at booking; the rest is due at check-out.
No. We sit on a tidal creek on the marsh side of the island. The ocean beach is a 12-minute drive or a 25-minute bike ride, and we lend bikes for free.
Yes. Six ground-floor rooms open onto the lawn and take up to two dogs each, for a $45 fee per stay. Dogs are welcome on the dock and the lawn but not in the pool area or the spa. Please keep them leashed at the kayak launch, where the herons nest in spring. Water bowls and a rinse station sit by the dock house.
Not on property. Everything in the list above is a short walk. For the beach, the village and restaurants on the south end, a car or a bike helps, and the island bike paths reach most of them in under half an hour.
Every Friday from the first week of October through the end of March, starting at 6 p.m. on the lawn by the roast pit. Seats are limited to 60, so ask the front desk to hold places when you book. Rain moves it under the dock house roof.
Yes. The Live Oak Lawn seats up to 180 guests for a ceremony, and the dock house holds 120 for dinner. We host one wedding per weekend, so dates in October fill a year ahead.
