What happens on a first visit?

Of the 40 minutes, the first 20 or so go to questions and a look at how you stand, walk and move. We then decide where to work that day and treat you for the rest of the time.

Can I use health insurance?

It depends on how and when the pain started. Tell us at the desk or by phone what happened and when, and we will check and tell you on the spot.

How many visits will I need?

At the end of the first visit we tell you what we expect and roughly how many visits that means. You are free to leave without booking the next one.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in. We also keep T-shirts and shorts you can change into.

Do the needles hurt?

We use thin single-use needles. You feel them go in, but it is not the pain of an injection. With moxibustion we ask about the heat as we go.

Can I come without booking?

The clinic is by appointment only. If there is a gap on the day we will take you — please call.
