PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED OCT 20, 2026
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Plain words, because there is not much to say. Arupix is a small web studio run by Minjun Choi (Andy). Questions, opt-outs and deletion requests: andy@arupix.com.
What we collect when you ask for a concept
Our request forms require your business name and email address. A website or Google Maps link and a note are optional. The homepage form also lets you attach business photos. If you add photos, we receive the files and information such as their filenames, formats and sizes. We also record whether you ticked the optional follow-up box, a request reference and the time, and the campaign labels in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) that tell us which ad or link brought you. We do not ask for a phone number.
Requests from Facebook and Instagram ads
If you ask for a concept through a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you gave in that form: your email, your business name, your city, what you need (the option you picked in the form), and whether you ticked the optional follow-up box. We use them in exactly the same way as a request made on this site. Meta’s own handling of your information is covered by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
What we use it for
To find your business online, make the homepage concept you asked for, build the full site from it, and email you about them: the links, the price and how to keep the site, and questions or answers about your request. That is all, unless you tick the follow-up box.
Follow-up offers only if you tick the box
The form has a box that stays unticked unless you tick it: “Email me follow-up offers from Arupix, such as new services. I can opt out any time.” Only if you tick it do we send you other offers. If you leave it unticked, we email you only about the site you requested: the concept, the full site, its price and how to keep it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying “no thanks”.
What we do not do
arupix.com has no advertising pixel at present — no Meta Pixel and no Google Ads tag. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing. If we add an advertising pixel in the future, we will update this page before it goes live.
Who processes it for us
Requests made on this site and any photos uploaded through the form are stored in private storage at Vercel, which also hosts this site and keeps standard server logs. Resend delivers the notification email to our mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace. When photos are uploaded, this notification includes a photo-access link valid for seven days from receipt of the request. Our team can use the link to download the photos. Seven days is the link’s validity period, not an automatic deletion period for the stored photos. The retention and deletion information below also applies to these files. Requests made through our ads come to us through Meta. We use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help sort requests and draft our replies, so the details of a request can pass through Anthropic: from this site, your business name, link, email and any note; from our ads, your business name, city, what you need and email. Each provider processes the information only to run its service for us. An hourly keyed hash of the connection address limits repeated submissions; the raw address is not stored with your request.
If you become a client, payments are processed by PayPal: you pay on PayPal’s own page, by debit or credit card or with a PayPal account, and PayPal’s own privacy statement covers what you enter there.
Links in our own emails
When we email a business, some links carry a short code that stands for that business. Opening one sends us a note with the code, the time and your browser’s name, to record a link request. Automated security scanners can also open links; a click does not prove a person read the email. Your IP address is not stored or included in the note. Request buttons in earlier emails send us the business name attached to the link.
Emails we send
Every marketing email from Arupix says that it is a promotional email, shows our postal address — Arupix, 105-602, 138 Suchim-ro, Jung-gu, Daejeon 34875, South Korea — and tells you how to opt out. We honour an opt-out promptly, and always within 10 business days.
Opt out, access and deletion
To stop our emails, reply “no thanks” to any of them or write to andy@arupix.com. To see or delete what we hold about you or your business — including anything that came from a Meta lead form — email andy@arupix.com with the subject “delete my data”. We delete it and keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again by mistake.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we are making your concept and full site or talking with you, and delete it when you ask us to.
Hosting, fonts and maps
The site is hosted on Vercel, and its main pages serve their own font files. Some of the fictional concept sites in our portfolio (under /concept/) load fonts from Google Fonts or show an embedded Google map, so your browser contacts Google when you open them. External sites linked from our portfolio have their own privacy practices.

Visitor measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits, pages, referral channels and actions such as checklist downloads and received enquiries. We strip query strings and fragments from analytics URLs and do not send form contents, email addresses or uploaded photos as analytics properties. The tool does not use analytics cookies. A first-party session entry keeps a coarse referral category for 30 minutes of inactivity; checklist choices stay in your browser until cleared. Sources that do not pass referral information are recorded as direct or unknown.
