(02) WHAT A HOUSTON WEBSITE NEEDS
(6)Six things we build a Houston site around, before any style.
| What it needs | Why it matters here |
|---|---|
| Your trade and your part of town, in the first line | Houston is the fourth largest US city. “Dentist” is not enough; “family dentist in Alief” tells a visitor they are in the right place. |
| Services with prices or a starting price | Harris County has 2,214 dental offices and 4,976 specialty contractors. A clear starting price helps a visitor choose you instead of the next tab. |
| A quote or booking request that works on a phone | A short form or a booking link on every page, so nobody has to hunt for a way to reach you. |
| Storm and holiday closures, stated at the top | When weather closes streets, customers check your site before they drive over. A dated notice answers them. |
| A page in your customers’ language | If many of your customers prefer Spanish or Vietnamese, each language gets its own page, linked so search engines show the right one. |
| Reviews linked to where they were left | Visitors check them before they get in touch. A link to your Google reviews lets them see for themselves. |
(03) THE CLOSEST CONCEPT SITES
(3)Fictional names, licensed photos. Every one opens as a working site.
A walk-up window on Calle Ocho pouring colada from 6:30 a.m.: guava pastelitos four times a day, office trays with 48 hours' notice and 40 seats at the counter and terrace. Each chapter slides up over the last as you scroll.
- Office trays with 48-hour notice
- Allergen, parking and payment answers
- Hours, seats and milks as chips

A two-dentist practice on Severn Avenue in Eastport, by Spa Creek. A pinned wheel turns through six parts of the visit, from one-visit crowns to 60-minute cleanings, then plain answers on insurance, Saturdays and parking.
- Insurance and payment in tabs
- Saturday hours stated clearly
- FAQ grouped by treatment

A six-chair shop on Fairmount Avenue: a three-column price board by barber level, walk-ins texted when their chair is ten minutes out, a hover list that swaps shop photos and a slow ribbon of eight cut names.
- Prices by barber level
- Walk-in hours and wait texts
- Book in the app or call

Casa Ondina, Anchorline Dental and Corinthian Barber Co. are fictional businesses, built as working concept sites with licensed photos. They show the parts a Houston restaurant, dental office or barber needs.
(04) HOW IT GOES
(4)Preview first. The full site next. Then you decide.
- 01 · PREVIEWOnce you tell us you’re interested, we build a limited first draft from what is already public — your photos, menus or rooms, hours, services and reviews — and send you a link, with the price and date for the full site. Looking is free.
- 02 · BUILDNo form and no reply needed. Your concept email sets out the pages, photos, price and date in writing; we build the full site from it.
- 03 · REFINEAfter confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. Five revision rounds inside the scope in your concept email, all on the same live link.
- 04 · LAUNCHPay only if you want it live: $79 a month or $1,290 once plus $200 a year for hosting. Paying starts your plan; we launch on a free address like yourbusiness.arupix.com. Your own domain is optional, any time later.
PRICING · UPDATED 2026-09-25
$79/month or $1,290 once.
Up to 5 pages, mobile layout, domain connection and launch, and five revision rounds before launch. Monthly: hosting and HTTPS included, no setup fee and no contract — cancel by email any time, and we take the site down and help you point your domain elsewhere. Once: US$1,290 for the build, then US$200/year for hosting from year one, and extra pages US$200 each. Your site launches on a free Arupix address, and your own domain, which stays with your registrar, is connected whenever you ask. Scope is set out in writing before your first payment, and you pay only after you have seen the finished site. After confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. On the monthly plan, more than 5 pages is quoted in writing first.

(01)Do you work with businesses in Houston?
Yes, remotely. We have no Houston office and do not meet in person. The preview, the changes and the launch all happen by email, and replies usually come within one business day.
(02)Can you use the photos from my Google Business Profile?
Yes, when they are yours. Photos you uploaded yourself are usually the best start. We use licensed stock only where you have none, and say so in your concept email.
(03)Can my site have a Spanish or Vietnamese page?
Yes. Each language is its own page with its own title and description, linked so search engines show the right version. Each language page counts toward the 5 pages included.
(04)Is the preview really free?
Yes. We email a free, limited homepage preview with the proposed pages, price and delivery date in writing. Once your material and the scope are confirmed, we aim to send the full website about seven days after the preview email. You only pay if you choose to launch it.
