ANCHORLINE DENTAL · ANNAPOLIS · CONCEPT(01) ON THE FIRST SCREEN
(3)What a visitor should see before scrolling.
- (01)Your office and your team, not a stock smile
- (02)New patients: insurance accepted and how to book
- (03)Hours, address and a call button
(02) WHAT A DENTAL WEBSITE NEEDS
(6)Six things, before any style. Your preview is built around them.
| What it needs | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| New-patient information in one place | What to bring, the insurance you accept and what happens at the first visit, answered before the phone call. |
| Booking through the system you already use | The site links to your scheduling tool; patient details stay in your system. |
| Your dentists and hygienists, by name | Names and photos of the team answer “who will I see?” |
| Services in plain words | Cleanings, crowns, implants or aligners, explained without jargon. |
| Insurance and payment options | Listing the plans you accept saves calls. |
| Hours, map and parking | Matched to your Google Business Profile, so both say the same thing. |
Before you decide. Your domain stays registered in your name. On the monthly plan, cancel by email any time: we take the site down and help you point your domain elsewhere. On the one-time option, you receive your website files at launch. After launch, new pages or design and layout changes are agreed in writing, with scope and cost, before work begins, and a content editor is optional, with the editable areas agreed before work begins. (PLAN) FIVE INFORMATION PAGES
(5)One possible five-page plan for a dental practice
Start with the questions a new patient asks before contacting the practice. This is an illustrative website information plan. The practice confirms its services, professional details, fees and permitted images before publication.
| Page | Information to prepare |
|---|---|
| Home | Introduce the practice, where it is, its hours and the main way to call or reach its existing booking service. |
| Services | List the services the practice actually provides, using descriptions and any price conditions the practice has approved. Do not add treatment or outcome claims. |
| Dentist and team | Show approved team photographs, names, roles and professional details. Include qualifications only after the practice has confirmed them. |
| New patients | Explain the first-visit steps, what to bring, accepted insurance and payment options, and links to forms the practice already uses. |
| Contact and access | Give the phone number, address, opening hours, map, parking and access details, with a link to the existing scheduling service where agreed. |
These are five information pages, not five separate treatment pages plus the rest of the site. Additional pages and language versions are counted in the written scope before payment. Bookings and patient details stay in the practice’s existing system; this website links to it and does not collect medical histories or insurance numbers.

(03) THE CLOSEST CONCEPT SITES
(2)Fictional names, licensed photos. Every one opens as a working site.
A two-dentist practice on Severn Avenue in Eastport, by Spa Creek. A pinned wheel turns through six parts of the visit, from one-visit crowns to 60-minute cleanings, then plain answers on insurance, Saturdays and parking.
- Insurance and payment in tabs
- Saturday hours stated clearly
- FAQ grouped by treatment

Six counselors and four quiet rooms on Williamson Street, with video sessions anywhere in Wisconsin. The first screen is set as a letter with a stamp, and a small note takes a phone number for a free 20-minute first call.
- Free first call requested from the hero
- Three numbered steps to start
- Crisis line in the footer

Anchorline Dental is a fictional two-dentist practice built as a working concept site.
(04) HOW IT GOES
(4)Preview first. The full site next. Then you decide.
- 01 · PREVIEWOnce you tell us you’re interested, we build a limited first draft from what is already public — your photos, menus or rooms, hours, services and reviews — and send you a link, with the price and date for the full site. Looking is free.
- 02 · BUILDNo form and no reply needed. Your concept email sets out the pages, photos, price and date in writing; we build the full site from it.
- 03 · REFINEAfter confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. Five revision rounds inside the scope in your concept email, all on the same live link.
- 04 · LAUNCHPay only if you want it live: $79 a month or $1,290 once plus $200 a year for hosting. Paying starts your plan; we launch on a free address like yourbusiness.arupix.com. Your own domain is optional, any time later.
PRICING · UPDATED 2026-09-25
$79/month or $1,290 once.
Up to 5 pages, mobile layout, domain connection and launch, and five revision rounds before launch. Monthly: hosting and HTTPS included, no setup fee and no contract — cancel by email any time, and we take the site down and help you point your domain elsewhere. Once: US$1,290 for the build, then US$200/year for hosting from year one, and extra pages US$200 each. Your site launches on a free Arupix address, and your own domain, which stays with your registrar, is connected whenever you ask. Scope is set out in writing before your first payment, and you pay only after you have seen the finished site. After confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. On the monthly plan, more than 5 pages is quoted in writing first.

(01)Which pages does a dental website need?
Home, services, the team, new patients (insurance and the first visit) and contact with hours and a map.
(02)Can patients book online?
Yes, through the scheduling tool you already use. We link to it and confirm the link with you; patient details stay in your system.
(03)Is the preview really free?
Yes. We email a free, limited homepage preview with the proposed pages, price and delivery date in writing. Once your material and the scope are confirmed, we aim to send the full website about seven days after the preview email. You only pay if you choose to launch it.
(04)What should the new-patient page include?
Accepted insurance and payment options, what to bring, the forms you already use, the first-visit steps, and parking or access notes, all as text you confirm. We do not write treatment claims or outcome promises.
(05)Can patients send their medical history through the website?
No. The site links to your existing booking or intake system and shows your phone and email for general questions. We do not build forms that collect symptoms, medical history or insurance numbers.
