(02) WHAT A HVAC WEBSITE NEEDS
(6)Six things, before any style. Your preview is built around them.
| What it needs | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Repair, installation and maintenance, kept apart | A furnace that will not start and a quote for a new heat pump are different visits; each needs its own path. |
| Same-day and after-hours service, stated plainly | Callers want to know whether you can come today before they dial. We state same-day or after-hours service only when you confirm you offer it. |
| Your service area by town or ZIP code | Visitors check first whether you come to them. |
| Maintenance plans, if you offer them | A plain list of what a plan covers and what it costs lets owners compare before they call. |
| Financing, if you offer it | A link to the lender page you already use. We do not set up financing. |
| A call button on every screen | A visitor on a phone should reach you in one tap, from any page. |
Before you decide. Your domain stays registered in your name. On the monthly plan, cancel by email any time: we take the site down and help you point your domain elsewhere. On the one-time option, you receive your website files at launch. After launch, new pages or design and layout changes are agreed in writing, with scope and cost, before work begins, and a content editor is optional, with the editable areas agreed before work begins. (03) THE CLOSEST CONCEPT SITES
(2)Fictional names, licensed photos. Every one opens as a working site.
A 24-hour mobile truck repair crew for sixty contract fleets around Spokane. Truck-repair video in the hero, a mile counter that rolls into place, service cards that fan apart as you scroll, and a drawn 150-mile map.
- Call dispatch in header and hero
- Service radius map with corridors
- Fleet billing questions answered

Offices, shops and dining rooms built inside existing buildings. Oversized oxide wordmark, a stage where the photo grows from bare shell to finished floor, and a handover log in place of awards.
- Bid request button in the header
- Week-by-week site timeline
- Handover log with sizes and weeks

We have not built an HVAC concept yet. Palouse Fleet Repair, a fictional mobile repair crew with a dispatch line and a service radius, is the closest in shape. Both examples here are fictional businesses from related trades, not HVAC projects: they show a call button and a service-area layout, not heating or cooling experience.
(04) HOW IT GOES
(4)Preview first. The full site next. Then you decide.
- 01 · PREVIEWOnce you tell us you’re interested, we build a limited first draft from what is already public — your photos, menus or rooms, hours, services and reviews — and send you a link, with the price and date for the full site. Looking is free.
- 02 · BUILDNo form and no reply needed. Your concept email sets out the pages, photos, price and date in writing; we build the full site from it.
- 03 · REFINEAfter confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. Five revision rounds inside the scope in your concept email, all on the same live link.
- 04 · LAUNCHPay only if you want it live: $79 a month or $1,290 once plus $200 a year for hosting. Paying starts your plan; we launch on a free address like yourbusiness.arupix.com. Your own domain is optional, any time later.
PRICING · UPDATED 2026-09-25
$79/month or $1,290 once.
Up to 5 pages, mobile layout, domain connection and launch, and five revision rounds before launch. Monthly: hosting and HTTPS included, no setup fee and no contract — cancel by email any time, and we take the site down and help you point your domain elsewhere. Once: US$1,290 for the build, then US$200/year for hosting from year one, and extra pages US$200 each. Your site launches on a free Arupix address, and your own domain, which stays with your registrar, is connected whenever you ask. Scope is set out in writing before your first payment, and you pay only after you have seen the finished site. After confirming your material and scope, we aim to send the full website about seven days from the preview email. The actual delivery date is stated in that email. (01)Which pages does an HVAC website need?
Home, repair, installation, maintenance plans and contact with your service area is a common five. Both plans include up to 5 pages; more are US$200 each on the one-time option.
(02)Can you link to my financing or booking tool?
Yes. Links to services you already use are confirmed with you in your concept email. We do not set up financing or payments.
(03)Is the preview really free?
Yes. We email a free, limited homepage preview with the proposed pages, price and delivery date in writing. Once your material and the scope are confirmed, we aim to send the full website about seven days after the preview email. You only pay if you choose to launch it.
(04)Can maintenance plans have their own section?
Yes. Repair, installation and maintenance plans each get their own section, with what a visit includes and how to sign up through your existing scheduling or contact route.
(05)Can the site list the brands and systems I work on?
Yes. Brands, system types and fuel types you service go on the page as text. We do not add manufacturer badges or dealer claims unless you hold that status and give us the details.
